Warranty and Returns

DeVo’s WoodCraft products are made with the utmost attention to detail and quality control. All products are meticulously inspected throughout the build process.

• Products can be warrantied for a refund if there is a defect in the material or workmanship within 30 days. Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer’s responsibility. DeVo’s WoodCraft is not responsible for misuse, neglect or exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity.

• Please notify DeVo’s WoodCraft right away if a product was damaged in shipping or a item was lost in the mail.

• Pre-orders can not be canceled once work has started. If the product has not started production a 3% credit card cancellation fee will apply.

DeVo’s WoodCraft currently ships to 23 countries around the world.

All taxes, duties, custom fees, import fees and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import policies.
